Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineer (arus lemah)
Experience as Process Engineer/Product Engineer at SMT of Electronic manufacturing
Good knowledge of SMT process (programming, machine know how, trouble shouting, scheduling) especially for Panasonic machine
Good understand of PCBA process
Good communication in English (verbal and written)
Willing to work follow production shift (2 shift)
Domicile at Batam is preferred
Job responsibility:
Developing methods and process flow for new product
Developing OS and documentation need for production run
Control and implementing EC, ETI ,PTI , SBSI and others document needed
Develop new and improved processes for manufacturing
Evaluation and problem solving
