In this role, you will be responsible for handling process engineering jobs. In your new role, you will:
• Unit process know-how. Fast, precise, and reliable problem-solving and disposition.
• Analysis, controlling, and improvement of Process KPIs (e.g. Yield, Quality, etc.).
• Understand Process specifications, direct material and indirect material knowledge, process documentation (control plan, FMEA, OJTI, TBD), and failure catalogs.
• Overseeing the process, providing process documentation and operating instructions, and supporting quality audits.
• In-depth understanding of the material to process and process to process interaction, Drive the Task Force and focus Team, contain the problem and investigate the root cause following the 8D approach.
• Handshake with Development on new packages/products developing new process qualification.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronic.
• 5 years minimum experience in Trim forming and Laser marking process as Process engineer.
• Familiar with FICO/ASM /Hanmimachine is preferable
• Fluent in English both oral and written
